➜ MN Reg 3100.3600 2015 Outlines AED requirements for dental offices.
➜ MN Stat 403.51 2014 Defines: Automated External Defibrillator, AED registry, Person, Public Access AED, Maintenance program or package, Public Safety Agency, Mobile AED, and Private-Used AED.
➜ MN Stat 120B.236 2012 School districts must provide onetime cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automatic external defibrillator instruction as part of their grade 7 to 12 curriculum for all students in that grade beginning in the 2014-2015 school year and later.
